About the Founder & CEO

Simcha Diamant is our Chief Appraiser and brings a wealth of industry knowledge to our clients, he has over 12 years experience in the real estate business, apart from his real estate appraisal experience, he successfully developed multi-family and special purpose sites, working with surveyors, engineers, architectural firms and public officials & personnel to obtain necessary municipal and regulatory approvals, he also converted multi-families into condominiums. As a Real Estate Appraiser for the past 10 years Mr. Diamant developed many professional relationships with local builders, property developers and real estate investors. In addition to extensive residential, commercial and industrial appraising experience, he also specializes in high value homes, vacant land, relocation, divorce, estate and right-of-way appraisals. Mr. Diamant is a Certified Real Estate General Appraiser and a member of the Appraisal Institute and the National Association of Realtors. Mr. Diamant is married to his wife Kaila for over 12 years, they have one daughter and two sons, most of his free time is enjoyed with his family.
